The first counselling session is FREE and lasts between 30 – 50 minutes. This is an opportunity for both counsellor and client to discuss any areas of concern, identify particular goals or aims and to determine whether counselling may be of benefit. Counselling is offered on an open ended and time limited basis. Initially, we are able to discuss the number of counselling sessions which may be beneficial.
My current fee is £35.00 per session and payable at the end of each session.
If you wish to cancel an appointment, I require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice; otherwise you will be liable for the full cost of the missed session.
Each session lasts for 50 minutes (the ‘Therapeutic Hour’). It is expected that clients arrive promptly for each session.
