Accessing the Service

Initial Consultation

I offer a free initial consultation of 30 – 50 minutes. This is an opportunity for both counsellor and client to discuss any areas of concern, identify particular goals or aims and to determine whether counselling may be of benefit.

Everyone is an individual and it is impossible to say how many sessions clients require. In some instances clients need few sessions, in others more are required. Counselling is offered on an open ended basis.

Location

Here at Counselling in Preston, we aim to ensure accessing the Service is simple. We’re aware that contacting someone you don’t know may feel like a daunting task, so it’s important to us that clients feel able to approach us with any questions about our Service.

Counselling in Preston is within easy reach of Preston City Centre, Leyland, Chorley, Lancaster, Blackburn and Blackpool.

Counselling appointments are available in the evenings, usually from 6pm – 9pm Monday to Friday. Weekend appointments may also be available.
